iC Tek Solutions was started in 2000 by owner Michael Covarrubias. At that time, the company was named Macron Computing. However, with the growth of the company the ideology and purpose changed, so Michael changed the name to iC Tek Solutions (Informational Computing Technology Solutions) in January of 2003.
Although still a small technology firm; iC Tek Solutions has grown within the past year over 50% and increased revenue by 73%.
At iC Tek Solutions we believe that technology is a tool that can help drive business growth. Michael Covarrubias
CEO/Owner
Michael Covarrubias was the first in his family to attend college and graduated with a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Arizona State University. Before starting the company he worked in different positions from a software application developer to IT Director of Operations. It is with this background that iC Tek Solutions has developed a strong business process and project process structure.
Michael Meliska
Director of Software Development
Michael Meliska has been with iC Tek Solutions for 2 years. Michael graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Computer Science including a Summa Cum Laude distinction as well as a degree in Psychology. Michael is on track to be a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer by year's end. Using his specialty in .Net Development using C#, Michael has served as lead programmer and architect on several projects for both small business and large corporations. He also has experience in PHP, Java and a variety of other technologies.
Stephanie Palacios
Project Coordinatior
Stephanie comes to iC Tek Solutions with a background and degree in Communications graduating Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University. Stephanie is in charge of coordinating projects by interacting with customers, designers and developers. Stephanie also brings in marketing experience which will not only help iC Tek solutions but also its clients as websites are very effective marketing tools. |
