Situation
TV Travel has different sales representatives that offer vacation packages.
Each representative needed to have their own web site, which they could maintain by logging into an administration panel. They would be able to choose from four different template designs and update their personal website.
In additon, an admin user would have the ablity to edit and maintian the corporate site. Other necessary elements included sales tracking, commission tracking, connecting to a dialer server and making live lead updates.

The Solution
iC Tek Solutions developers designed and implemented an in-house system that was object oriented based developed in the .Net 3.5 Framework with a MS SQL 2005 database backbone.
The functionality for the representatives is much more than just editing a simple web site. They have the ability to add potential contact leads and automatically populate the dialer server utilized by TV Travel telemarketers. (The dialer server is what call centers use to make calls.)
The Rep is also able to view meaningful information about each of the potential leads, including date last called, whether they were called, whether a message was left and much more. This information is automatically updated on a nightly basis from the dialer server.
The Administration section also has a built-in email system that is only utilized within the company via the site itself. This allows for high security and limited access to the data, which was requested by the client. Through the email system users can create and manage messages all via an HTML markup display interface.
Results
This solution was the first phase. As the company has contiuned to grow and change its methodology, iC Tek Solutions has continued to assist in the growth of their technology.
